Common questions
What happens after the 3-month trial?
We email you when the trial is ending. If you want to keep going, you pick monthly or annual and add a card. If you don’t, your account pauses. Your branded page stops accepting new valuations but your existing leads stay in your dashboard. Nothing gets deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly: yes, from your settings, takes effect at the end of the current month. Annual: it’s a one-off upfront payment, so there’s no recurring charge to cancel. Just stop renewing when the year is up.
Is my data secure?
Leads are stored in an EU-region Supabase database with row-level security so no agent ever sees another agent’s leads. Email infrastructure is Resend, DMARC-aligned. GDPR-compliant data export and deletion are built into the dashboard.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. From settings, anytime. We pro-rata the unused portion of your monthly subscription against the annual price.
What if I’m an eXp UK agent?
Sign up with your @expuk.com email. Your account is free for as long as you’re with eXp UK, no card, no trial limit. The platform was built by the team behind eXp UK. Keeping eXp agents on it permanently is the deal.
Do my leads come with me if I leave?
Yes. Every lead is yours. Export the lot to CSV from your dashboard whenever you want, no questions, no retention clause.
