How accurate is the AI?
The valuation pulls live Land Registry sold prices, PropertyData for-sale comparables, and street-level imagery. A reasoning model weighs the evidence, surfaces the comparable sales it relied on, and explains its working. The output is a range, not a single number, because no AVM in the world should claim a fixed answer on a property it hasn’t walked into. Median error sits in the 5–10% band on our backtests against 2025 sold data.
